Who we are
Square One is a real estate equity firm founded in 2015 that is an investor in over 5 million square feet of property throughout the United States. Square focuses on expanding its portfolio by partnering with highly experienced sponsors who are experts in their respective markets by investing in residential, commercial, & industrial assets that we believe are well positioned for tremendous returns over the long run.
We accomplish this by reviewing available opportunities from our network of seasoned sponsors that go through our multi-stage, objective review process, looking for institutional-quality investments that meet our strict approval. Less than 5% of all offerings we review actually pass this process and are approved for investment.
